Hunarmand generates an exclusive 4-digit PIN for each job. Customers are advised to never share this PIN over the phone or WhatsApp. Only disclose the PIN in-person once the assigned craftsman arrives physically at your designated doorstep.

Hunarmand is a craftsmanship marketplace connecting local skilled artisans (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, mechanics) with household and commercial customers across Pakistan. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, phone number (+92), email address, city, and role (Customer or Craftsman).
- Worker KYC Details: CNIC number, trade category, experience, and tools owned (strictly used for verified service safety).
- Service Data: Job posting details, location, agreed quotes, timestamps, and 4-digit doorstep verification PIN records.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate accounts and verify phone numbers via WhatsApp or SMS OTP.
- To connect customers with nearby verified craftsmen using fair InDrive-style counter-bidding.
- To facilitate job bidding, booking, customer support, and doorstep safety verification.
4. Data Deletion Instructions
Users may request complete deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time by emailing our support desk at info@hunarmand.tech with their registered mobile number or email address. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
5. Data Retention and Security
All customer and worker records are stored in secure MariaDB databases on protected LiteSpeed infrastructure with strict SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive verification data is restricted strictly to platform operations staff. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
