Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026 • Hunarmand Platform Pakistan
Hunarmand connects customers with independent, skilled artisans. Prices are agreed directly between both parties without middleman deductions or inflated fixed commission charges.
1. User Agreement
By accessing or using the Hunarmand platform (via web or mobile application), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Doorstep Security
- Customers must provide accurate job location details and fault descriptions.
- Customers agree to verify the craftsman upon arrival using the 4-Digit Doorstep PIN generated within the Hunarmand app.
- Payment must be rendered directly to the craftsman upon completion of the service as mutually agreed in the bidding phase.
3. Craftsman Conduct & Certification
- Craftsmen agree to provide valid National Identity Card (CNIC) documentation during onboarding.
- Craftsmen must deliver professional, courteous, and safe workmanship according to industry trade practices.
- Any harassment, fraudulent quotes, or unverified substitutions will lead to permanent deactivation from the platform.
4. Platform Role & Limitations
Hunarmand serves as a digital marketplace facilitator. While we actively vet craftsmen and enforce doorstep PIN security, users are encouraged to maintain reasonable precautions for in-home work.
