Delete Your Hunarmand Account
You can delete your Customer or Worker profile directly inside the Hunarmand Mobile Application via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or request administrative deletion by emailing our support team from your registered email address.
Required Deletion Verification Details:
Please include your registered phone number (+92-3XX-XXXXXXX), full legal name, account role (Customer or Worker), and the phrase "Please permanently delete my Hunarmand account and data".

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your login session is terminated and your account status is deactivated immediately.
- Personal identifiers, contact information, device push tokens, and chat attachments are permanently removed or anonymized.
- For Workers: uploaded CNIC document photos are purged from active file storage in accordance with Pakistan PECA 2016 regulations.
- Completed financial invoices and tax ledgers are preserved in anonymized form strictly where required by Pakistani statutory regulations and consumer fraud prevention laws.
- Requests submitted via email are verified and executed within 48 operational hours.
